Primary/ Preschool Teacher (3 - 6Yrs)
As a primary teacher at Doves International Montessori School (DIMS), you will be working with children aged 3 to 6. Your roles will include;
Preparing lessons/materials for the class.
Supervising and engaging in creativity activities related to all areas of the curriculum
Tracking individual student’s academic, social and emotional progress in accordance with the school’s record keeping and reporting systems.
You will write academic reports including all areas of the curriculum, as well as a narrative description of the student’s overall progress as well as development.
Maintain trust relationships with students and successful partnership with parents to create a school community where respectful and collaborative interactions are the norm.
Elementary Teacher (6 - 12Yrs)
As an elementary teacher at Doves International Montessori School (DIMS), you will be working with children aged 6 to 9. Your roles will include;
Preparing lessons/materials for the class.

You will write academic reports including all areas of the curriculum, as well as a narrative description of the student’s overall progress as well as development.

This is a great opportunity for trained and experienced Montessori teachers to join our school.

Learning Support Coordinator/ Special Ed Teacher
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Special Education
At least 2 years of teaching experience in Special Education
Preferred Qualifications:
Two or more years of successful teaching experience
Prior leadership experience
Prior experience in an international school.
Experience with English Language Learners
Diagnostician credentials or other testing credentials
Role Specific Responsibilities:
Oversees the learning support department and staff
Assess students’ skills to determine their needs and to develop teaching plans
Adapt lessons to meet the needs of students
Develop Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs) for each student with needs
Plan, organize, and assign activities that are specific to each student’s abilities
Teach and mentor students as a class, in small groups, and one-on-one
Implement ILPs, assess students’ performance, and track their progress
Update ILPs throughout the school year to reflect students’ progress and goals
Discuss student’s progress with parents, teachers, and administrators.
Prepare and help students transition from grade to grade and after graduation.
Collaborate on training for teachers in professional development settings
Coordinate with subcontractors for outside testing purposes
Assess students with special needs during the admission process and provide feedback to the Admission team.
